Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Venouvo. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, and this Return & Refund Policy outlines how you can return products, request refunds, and what to expect throughout the process.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging to qualify.
- All returns must be sent back via mail; in-store or drop-off returns are not available.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email us at info@venouvo.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Your shipping address
- Reason for the return
Once approved, we will send you the return instructions and address. Please note that we do not provide pre-paid return labels; customers are encouraged to use a trackable shipping method for returns.
Return Shipping Costs
- For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping (we recommend using trackable shipping).
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Venouvo will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days and issued to your original payment method in CAD ($).
Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or used products
- Gift cards
- Products purchased with store credit
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not appeared within 5 business days of approval:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your payment provider for potential delays.
- If you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible items within the 30-day return period.
- To request an exchange for a different size, color, or product, email us at info@venouvo.com with your order details.
- For preference-based exchanges, customers cover both return and new shipping costs.
- For faulty or incorrect items, Venouvo will cover all shipping costs for exchanges.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please email info@venouvo.com with your order number and photos as soon as possible. We will replace the item at no additional cost and cover return shipping for the incorrect or faulty product.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase.
